Between 05:00 and 6:59 am (UTC) on 31th October 2019, the carrier will be performing maintenance on their SMS platform.

Impacted Carrier(s):
Verizon

During the maintenance period, customers will be experiencing delays to Inbound, Outbound SMS messages and delivery receipts sent to and from subscribers using toll-free numbers on the affected carrier.

During the maintenance period, all messages will be queued and processed after the maintenance is complete.
