Between 04:00 and 8:00 am (UTC) on 5th of September 2019, our suppliers will be performing maintenance on their SMS platform.

Impacted Carrier(s):
NorthernTel, Telebec, Rogers Wireless, Videotron, Fido, Telus Mobility, MTS Mobility, SaskTel Mobility, Virgin Mobile, Wind Mobile, Mobility, Public Mobile and Eastlink Wireless, Bell Mobility, and Aliant.

Impact Scope: Outbound and Inbound SMS

End: 2019-09-05 08:00:00 UTC

During the maintenance period, customers will be experiencing delays to inbound and outbound SMS messages sent to and from subscribers on the affected carriers.

In the event of disruption to the service, the traffic will be queued for delivery once the maintenance is completed.
