Please be informed that customers who are sending outbound calls with our Japanese Long Virtual Numbers might have experienced issues during 06:32UTC to 08:06UTC on 18 Jul 2020.
This is due to a human error at our supplier end who forgot to override their fraud call protection system to allow large call volume thus blocking some of our calls. This has now been fixed and service is resumed.
