Traffic impact:
During the maintenance window:
a) We do not expect impact in delivery, but customers may observe increased latency on delivery terminating (SMS MT) to France
b) Complete Outage on French SCs 36xxx and 38xxx for Orange (20801), SFR (20810) and Bouygues (20820) France Networks.
